Harley D. Rinerson is the Chief of Operations for the Central United States of the Cybersecurity Program, US Department of Homeland Security, Regions V, VII, VIII.
Prior to federal service, he was the Director of Compliance for the Denver International Airport. Additionally, served the State of Colorado’s Governor as the states Chief Information Security Officer.
As a state employee at Buckley Air National Guard Base, he was the Acting Director of Installations assisting in converting it into an Active Air Force Base.
For twenty-two years he was an active duty Signal Corps Office in the United States Army last serving as the Inspector General for the State of Colorado National Guard.
He has a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State Universtiy, a Masters of Military Arts and Science from the United States Army Command & General Staff College, and a Bachelor of Science from the Universtiy of South Dakota.
He has certificates as a Certifed Information Security Manager, (CISM), and is Certifed in Governance of Enterprise Information Technology, (CGEIT), and maintains a Top Secret SCI clearance.

Veteran Administration’s Biomedical Division
Eric Salveggio works as a Sr. Security Analyst, currently on contract as the Lead Cyber Security Strategist for the Veteran Administration’s Biomedical division. In this capacity, he is involved in helping determine the best course of action to implement security controls, boundaries and risk assessment methodologies for biomedical devices and all supporting equipment to include Telemedicine and Cloud technologies. He is also working with NIST and Underwriters Laboratory in developing standardized security controls for IoT and biomedical devices respectively. His accomplishments include public speaking, published author, auditor, holding several certifications in the field, adjunct teacher and Advisory Board member for Casper College’s Cybersecurity program, and as an active member of the IoT Security Foundation. His education includes a Masters in Information Assurance from Norwich University and is a Ph.D. candidate from Nova Southeastern in Information Systems with a focus on Information Security.
